I have walked the burnout path myself. This framework was built from lived experience...

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching, not therapy.

I focus on how you work, lead, and make decisions day to day. If therapy is part of your support system, this work can complement it well, but it does not replace clinical care.

I am already exhausted. Will this add more to my plate?

No. This work is designed to remove pressure, not add to it.

I help you build systems that reduce cognitive load, simplify decisions, and work even on low-energy days. If something feels like too much, I adjust it with you.

I do not have a predictable schedule. Will this still work?

Yes. I do not work with rigid rules or fixed templates.

I schedule sessions around your capacity, and I design everything to flex with real life, changing demands, deadlines, and energy levels.

Do I need to be “good at AI” for this?

No. You do not need technical confidence or prior experience.

I introduce AI gently and practically, only where it genuinely saves you time and mental energy. You stay in control of what you use and what you do not.

How is this different from your group programme?

The themes are similar, but the experience is not.

This is private, fully personalised coaching. I tailor every session, tool, and framework to you, your role, and your energy, with more depth, flexibility, and support throughout.

How do I know if I am ready for this?
